Section 139
Court may appoint guardian

(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in section 136 or 137, the court may appoint a particular person as guardian for the following reasons:-
(a) If a person does not want to be a guardian in accordance with section 136, if the concerned ward committee of the local level applies to the court to appoint a guardian,
(b) If the interested parties apply to the court to appoint a guardian.
(2) When appointing a guardian in accordance with sub-section (1), the court shall consider the rights, interests or protection of such disabled or semi-disabled person or not.
(3) When appointing a guardian in accordance with sub-section (1), the court shall also take the consent of the person to be the guardian.
(4) After appointing a guardian in accordance with sub-section (1), the court shall give written information thereof to the person who will be the guardian and the local authority.
